I get wrapped up in books. It is the same with movies too, I cried for an hour after watching Marley and Me, the modern day version of Old Yeller. But books are different, I just can't seem to separate real life from events in my book. I have recently read the Twilight series, as most of you know since although I swore it would not happen to me, I became obsessed. This was particularly a bad book for me and my separating issues. Book two was ridiculous. I was in a bad mood, my family was in a bad mood, all I wanted was for him to come home. Pathetic right? Right.
I am hoping that I am not alone in this though, that I am not the only one that got so caught up in it that I miss it now. But, my life is better without Twilight I guess. I would finish reading the lovey dovey parts of it and look over to my wonderful husband watching his Dodgers game and think 'Our love is like that! ... right??' and I would say softly, "Babe. I love you!....Babe. Babe? BABE." when I finally take his attention away from the game, enough for him to give me smile and say "You too." and then turn back to his game, then I have to remind myself that Edward is a fictional character and no real guy could ever be realistically compared. Yes, my love life is better without Twilight. :)

Ok, I think a post reviewing "The Host" is in order! I really want to know how you liked it! [Personally... I thought it was a bit much at times... haha.]
I can sympathize with feeling wrapped up in the Twilight books though... Coming back down to reality can be kind of rough, but hey - at least we still have the movies to look forward to? :)
HAHA- totally been there. Then after a week or so you forget the romance and get back to life...until you decide to read the series again.
I freakin love you Kimmy!!!! I bawled my bloody eyes out in Marley & Me!!!! Damn hormones! lol
